The Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase online presence.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools to monitor KPIs, measure ROI, and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality, engaging digital content, including blogs, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • SEO/SEM Management: Optimize content for search engines and manage search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Social Media: Oversee and manage the company's presence across all major social platforms to grow engagement and followers.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies for capturing leads through forms, landing pages, and other tactics.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, ensuring the company adapts to new developments.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to create innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with other departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and marketing automation tools.
