In 2022, Mountain View launched Mountain View Foundation, with the purpose of Extending Happiness to wider communities. Since then, the Foundation has played a vital role in supporting individuals across Egypt, working to bring meaningful and lasting change. Through strategic partnerships with governmental bodies, private entities, and local/international NGOs, the Foundation addresses diverse social needs while reinforcing Mountain View’s vision of building sustainable real estate in Egypt and creating stronger, integrated communities in Egypt.
Shaping the Future with Integrated Communities Egypt
Discovering Heroes: This program is dedicated to empowering talented and successful students at the primary and elementary levels, covering fields such as sports, arts, and technology. Within the presidential initiative Haya Karima, the program provides social, economic, and medical support, turning these young achievers into role models within Egypt’s neediest communities.
Vocational Training Center: Mountain View Foundation is also focused on supporting the Egyptian labor market by launching vocational training centers across various sectors. These centers equip young people with certified skills and training materials, enabling them to compete both locally and internationally, aligning with the country’s future vision for real estate in Egypt and beyond.
Mountain View International School for Applied Technology: As the first international school for facility management in Egypt, this initiative represents one of the most notable achievements in technical education and real estate progress. Established in 2023, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and USAID, the school contributes to developing talent in technical fields and supports the long-term sustainability of sustainable real estate in Egypt, aligning with Egypt's Vision 2030.
